Waste Management Licence, Industrial Emissions and Permit Applications

Enviroguide Consulting have a team of expert consultants that have vast experience in the area of waste licences, industrial emissions licences, waste facility permit and certificate of registration applications and management. Certificate of Registration Applications

Applications for Certificate of Registrations are made to the relevant Local Authority where a proposed facility is located. Enviroguide Consulting can complete applications and offer all additional services that may be required during the application process such as completion of site layout plans, site location maps, representation and attendance at pre-application meetings, liaising with the local authority on behalf of the client.

Waste Collection Permit Applications

Enviroguide Consulting can complete all waste collection permit applications and submit them to the National Waste Collection Permit Office (NWCPO) on your behalf. Our experts can advise you on waste classifications, waste codes, destination facilities, insurances, fit & proper person requirements and declarations. We can also provide waste collection permit training which may be required for new or start up waste businesses. Enviroguide Consulting can assist on all reporting requirements, including end-of-year returns once you receive your waste collection permit.

Closure Management Plans (Decommissioning Management Plans)

A closure plan or Closure, Restoration and Aftercare Management Plan (CRAMP) is usually completed in conjunction with an Environmental Liabilities Risk Assessment (ELRA). A CRAMP calculates costings that deal with site decommissioning and known liabilities for the facility at closure. Our senior consultants can complete fully costed ELRA and CRAMPs for facilities.

Environmental Liabilities Risk Assessment (ELRA)

The purpose of the European Community Environmental Liability Regulations is to establish a framework of environmental liability based on the 'polluter-pays' principle, to prevent and remedy environmental damage.

Environmental Liability Risk Assessment (ELRA) considers the risk of unplanned events occurring during the operation of a facility that could result in unknown liabilities. Enviroguide Consulting provides a systematic approach to the assessment and management of Environmental Liabilities in order to comply with Licence and permit conditions for ELRA and Financial Provisions.

The ELRA process for identifies risks and determines the worst case scenario for an establishment. The worst case scenario for the activity is quantified and costed for the purposes of a financial provision. We can assist you in finalising and agreeing your financial provision with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).

Air Dispersion Modelling (AERMOD)

Enviroguide Consulting have completed odour dispersion modelling assessments for a range of facilities throughout Ireland as part of the EPA Licence Applications process. Our consultants are trained and experienced in the use of the USEPA approved modelling software AERMOD. We can assist companies in achieving compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations.

Soil and Waste Classification
